Enhancement Research Institute -- CERI is an organization devoted
to research and information on nootropics, "smart drugs", substances
that enhance memory, concentration and the like. They publish a
newsletter Smart Life News and have up-to-date information
on such benign yet controversial substances as GHB. Drug
Reform Coordination Network -- This is a web-based network devoted
to drug policy reform. They have an extensive drug and reform library
as well as a weekly net-newsletter describing legislative and reform
activities. Very useful. Eleusis - Is a private, not-for-profit foundation dedicated to both clinical and research application of Ketamine-enhance psychotherapy. In the clinical area, the center specializes in the treatment of alcohol, drug and food addictions. Heffter Research Institute - This is a non-profit institute
devoted to high-quality scientific and medical research on psychedelics,
both in the US and internationally. Founding directors include David
Nichols, Ph.D., Charles Grob, M.D., Dennis McKenna, Ph.D., Mark
Geyer, Ph.D., George Greer, M.D. and others. The
Albert Hofmann Foundation - Named after the Swiss chemist who
discovered the LSD molecule as well as identifying the active principle
in the Mexican "magic mushroom", this is an organization devoted
to archiving and disseminating information on psychedelics. The
Ibogaine Dossier - This is a site devoted entirely to information
and research on ibogaine, which is being investigated as a possible
treatment for drug addiction. Ibogaine is derived from the root
bark of a Central African plant, Tabernanthe iboga., which
is used in the religious ceremonies of the Bwiti cult in Gabon and

previously separate organizations active in the field of drug policy
reform -- The Lindesmith Center and the Drug Policy Foundation.
DPA is the nation's leading organization working to end the war

Lycaeum - billing itself as "the world's largest entheogenic
library and community", Lycaeum is a truly vast resource web-based
network on all aspects of psychoactive (entheogenic) substances
and plants, from chemistry and pharmacology, to psychology and medicine,
to sociology and politics. Multidisciplinary
Association for Psychedelic Studies -- MAPS, founded by Rick
Doblin, is a non-profit membership organization devoted to furthering
